What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. If you received free shipping on your order and decide to return or exchange that order, a shipping charge of $5.95 (or the actual cost if higher) will be deducted from your refund. Returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging to ensure full credit. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if the product has been opened. Used merchandise can not be returned for credit or refund. Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns.
What if my merchandise arrives damaged or defective?
If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department within five (5) business days. Please keep all packaging materials and merchandise in the original box for UPS inspection.
How can I cancel an order?
If for some reason you placed an order you don’t want, please call us immediately to find out whether there is time to cancel the order. We will try to accommodate you but may not be able to in all instances.
